Flawless — perfect corners, no scratches, no marks. Factory fresh.
Virtually perfect. Extremely minor imperfections only visible under close inspection.
Light handling marks or very minor edge wear. No creases. Looks great.
Moderate wear — some edge nicks, minor scuffs or small scratches. Still playable.
Visible wear: scratches, whitening on edges/corners. Played but not damaged.
Heavy wear — creases, heavy scratches, whitening. Card is well-used.
Severely damaged — tears, bends, water damage, heavy creasing.
